  Ms. Lupe worked on some quotes for me because she was certain she could offer me something better. I am glad she didn’t give up on me, she found me a much lower price when I switched over my auto and renters policy with her she also helped me put coverage on my collectible items. She provides great advice and you can tell she loves what she does!

  This agency has by far the best customer service! We moved to Texas during the holidays and I had no idea where to begin with my insurance coverage for auto and home. After multiple calls and comparisons, I found this agency and was helped by Ms. Lupe she made our relocation to Houston run so smoothly! She did a complete review of our auto coverage and helped us select the best coverage for our new home in the Heights. We are glad we found this agency. I highly recommend it!

  I am writing this review for my parents. After speaking to many insurance companies State Farm was the best to fit my needs and our budget! My parents know very little English, but we appreciate Jessica for helping my parents. She went over all the details and pricing in Spanish! very knowledgeable young lady.   I cant say enough good things about our agent Ms.Lupe and State Farm. I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Ms.Lupe has given us great personal service, always approachable with any situations, treats us fairly and we never felt we were taken advantage of, calls back promptly, follows through immediately and we feel she does look out for whats best for our family.
