  Tania w. gave exceptional customer service. I was jumping through hoops for someone to help me, my policy was being canceled tomorrow due to info the company needed. I was transferred multiple times and was given different numbers BUT when I spoke with TANIA W. I explained my issue and not only did she take over and left me with no worries. She did most of the work for me. She made everything perfect. I can’t thank her enough for keeping my emotionally and mentally sane. If you need ANYTHING ask to speak with TANIA W. Please give her a raise!!!!!

  I love freeway insurance. Every time I go they always give me great customer service and they always answer any questions that I have without a doubt. I love the ladies in there , Anita , Gabriela , Monica & Tania are just very amazing ! Totally recommend !
