    Jeff and his team are so patient and kind. He explained the process to me and really helped me and my husband understand the details of our plans. We were worried about changes with a new house and he came out personally to our house in the boonies of Chattanooga/Apison to check on things! The personal touch, knowledge and attention to detail cannot be beat. We are so happy we made the switch and very pleased with the coverage of car insurances too!
