This summer we planned a two week family road trip to Colorado. Just three days in, we were rear ended. We immediately called Shane and he helped us get the whole claim process started right then and there. We had a claim number and a local adjuster before the officer even arrived on the scene. Farmers contacted a local body shop to repair our car and helped us obtain a rental car, which enabled us to get back on the road within 3 hours. Whenever a new issue came up, we knew we could call Shane and that he would always have our best interests in mind. We ended up having to leave our car in Colorado for almost 4 weeks, leading to unplanned flights home and flights back. In the end, we were able to get 100% of our out of pocket expenses paid for, including our deductible. Shane took the time to check in with us every step of the way until everything was resolved.
