  I’ve been Mark Mackey’s State Farm customer for about 10 years now. My agent is Margaret and I couldn’t be happier with the service she’s been providing me and my family, for both of my cars and our town-home. She’s always prompt and helpful.
  
  End of last year, right before Christmas, I had a water heater leak that caused pretty severe damage in the laundry room and kitchen right below it. Margaret was there to help, she walked me through the process, recommended local water restoration company, got me in touch with an estimator that showed up within a day and in no time, everything got fixed and taken care of, so we could have our Christmas Eve dinner.

  I was very impressed with this office. Everyone is so friendly, I was greeted as soon as I came in and was helped by Kim. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I felt like my time was being valued and am glad that Kim was there to help. Would definitely recommend this office going to this office.
